Brickmaster is one of the company owners or employees, how can they give themself a review? How many more of the positive reviews are phony?

Glenn,

I didn't see any postings from a "Brickmaster" at their site or their Trustlink reviews. Do you have the URL?

Prior to posting the question there were many more reviews for the bricktrainshop.com. One of which was from brickmaster, who appears to be the owner of the company. Another was from a Susan who had contacted me through this site after I posted a negative review. She post a response to my post that was positive for the company, pretending to be a consumer. Once I posted an update to my review stating that she had just contacted me and this question, the positive reviews were all removed as well as my negative review and one other negative review similar to mine. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney, the FTC, www.ic3.gov and the Lego Corporation. I urge any other victims to do this as well.

I am one of the many other costumers that have been mislead by their item description. I returned the manuals 4 weeks ago and have not seen any refund. Glenn, I will follow your example and contact Better Business Bureau, the District Attorney, the FTC, www.ic3.gov and the Lego Corporation, and the media.

I too am one of the victims by being mislead by their item description, after notifying them that I was contacting the BBB, I finally got my refund but am continuing to get harassing emails from Susan P, a customer rep from BrickTrainShop. Have already contacted Better Business Bureau, did before I advised them that I was. Should I send the emails she sent me to the BBB?

Shelia,

I would contact the BBB in which you filed your BBB complaint to ask them if they would like your correspondence before sending it forward.

I would like to see the correspondence as well, Susan P. can only respond to emails received so if you are receiving harassing emails from her then they are coming from outside of our system and I would really like to see that. I have a feeling somebody is being untruthful here and since Susan has been here for 8 years I would wager that it is you.
