How do I know an offer from Timeshare Goldline is legitimate and I won't be out $2,500 to sell my timeshares?

I was just contacted with an offer to sell both my timeshares and Timeshare Goldline promised to send me a sample contract I would be buying into for $2,500, which includes closing costs, title search and transfer, owner verification and estoppel letter, and then the new buyer would purchase and commit to a 10% downpayment of $4600, which is 10% of the purchase of our 2 timeshares, and they are qualified at 48,000. If the buyers forfeit, supposedly that 10% or $4600 would come to us since we would have paid the $2,500 up front. I need to know if this is legit or just another scam from a company dealing in timeshares! Thanks!!!

Timeshare Goldline is a fraud company. They have an F rating with BBB. The BBB report on them is shameful, They do not have a legitimate mailing address and use a PO box at a UPS store. Carl James and Daniel Williams are deceitful timeshare re-sale reps for the Goldline fraud company.

Timeshare Goldline is a complete sham. They do not deliver. I had to call the Ark office to get a supposed call back from the NM office. They are not a company to be trusted at all. I am attempting to get my money back from them as we speak.
