I was just contacted with an offer to sell both my timeshares and Timeshare Goldline promised to send me a sample contract I would be buying into for $2,500, which includes closing costs, title search and transfer, owner verification and estoppel letter, and then the new buyer would purchase and commit to a 10% downpayment of $4600, which is 10% of the purchase of our 2 timeshares, and they are qualified at 48,000. If the buyers forfeit, supposedly that 10% or $4600 would come to us since we would have paid the $2,500 up front. I need to know if this is legit or just another scam from a company dealing in timeshares! Thanks!!!

The BBB has two reports on this company. Both reports indicate that the company has no actual physical presence at the address they claim they do. One in Arkansas, and you can access the reliability report here: http://www.bbb.org/arkansas/business-reviews/timeshare-resale-and-rental-marketing/timeshare-goldline-in-searcy-ar-90238393

and the other in New Mexico, who says the address there is a UPS drop box. You can access the report here: http://www.newmexicoandsouthwestcolorado.bbb.org/Business-Report/Timeshare-Goldline-99130088

Furthermore, as of March 31, 2010, The BBB in New Mexico confirmed that Timeshare Goldline does not have a business permit, and no record of Incorporation can be found. A subpoena of UPS records indicated that mail to the Searcy, Arkansas address was being forwarded to a location in California. Unfortunately- I don't know where in California. This sounds fishy to me. I'd definitely stay away unless you want to lose your money.

Timeshare Goldline is a fraud company. They have an F rating with BBB. The BBB report on them is shameful, They do not have a legitimate mailing address and use a PO box at a UPS store. Carl James and Daniel Williams are deceitful timeshare re-sale reps for the Goldline fraud company.

Timeshare Goldline is a complete sham. They do not deliver. I had to call the Ark office to get a supposed call back from the NM office. They are not a company to be trusted at all. I am attempting to get my money back from them as we speak.
