I’m trying to understand what matters most when choosing a Klaviyo partner for an online store. A lot of ecommerce brands use Klaviyo for email marketing, but not every store gets strong results from it.
What should a business look for before hiring an agency? Is it more important to check case studies, certifications, pricing, experience with ecommerce, or the way they handle automation and segmentation?
I found this resource while researching Klaviyo support: https://flowium.com/lp/klaviyo-agency/
I’m curious what others think. What are the main signs that an agency actually knows how to improve email flows, abandoned cart recovery, customer retention, and repeat sales?
