How to Protect Against Abuse of Technology for Removing Clothes in Photos?

With all this tech now that can digitally remove clothes from photos, like the stuff I saw on cloth-off.ai, I’m really worried about how to keep people safe from misuse. I had a friend who was worried because someone could take a harmless photo and mess with it in a way that feels super invasive. How do you think we can protect ourselves or others from this kind of abuse? Is there anything practical people can do besides just being careful with what they share?
