Totally get that! I had the same problem until I started mixing textures and proportions. Oversized blazers with loose jeans or even a hoodie underneath can change the vibe completely. Also, blazers in soft or neutral shades look less “office.” I found some really nice ones here — https://www.beigebrown.com/collections/women-jackets-blazers — they’ve got that Scandinavian simplicity that’s easy to dress up or down. I usually roll up the sleeves too — small detail, but it makes a big difference.
