Colleagues, I'm curious how you organize interactions with new suppliers at the start? For us, it's a rather lengthy and complicated process. We have to explain the same things every time. I think it could be simplified somehow. Perhaps there are approaches or tools that help speed up onboarding.

We created a checklist and basic instructions for new suppliers. This has already sped up the process significantly. But there's still a lot of manual work involved. I think automation would be even more effective here.
