Has anyone had any dealings with FunPlanet Vacations of Seattle Washington. They sell promotional vacations in selected cities across the country and Canada.

Ron,

Here's the link to FunPlanet Vacations BBB report.

http://www.bbb.org/western-washington/business-reviews/travel-agencies-and-bureaus/fun-planet-vacations-in-seattle-wa-22538836

Unfortunately they dont have enough information to providing a rating however, they have several links attached to the report regarding this type of industry. They tend to be very problematic.

Thank you.

Fun Planet Vacations appears to be a big rip-off SCAM. We got 2 "FREE" airline tix at a timeshare tour / presentation. 1. First they gave us a coupon that expired the next day, it was physically impossible to get it sent in before expiration date. After a series of emails, they agreed to extend the coupon for a week so I get it sent in in time. 2. We sent them a U.S.P.S. money order which they returned because it had to be "international" funds. Sounds fishy already! But we sent in $109. 3. Now, they are not responding to the emails at all, it's been over 1 month. I have sent several emails, they reply saying "we're on holiday" or "we can't get your emails, please submit on the web site". Of course, on their web site, they don't have email address, phone #, or any type of contact. I am extremely frustrated now, and I sent them an email saying I am going to report them to the police and BBB as a scam if they don't contact me within 24 hours!!! I see that other folks have said they ask for an additional $300 after that. If so, I'll stop payment and get a refund!! I should mention that "Fun Planet Vacations" also goes by the name "Odenza Vacations" with addresses in both Washington state and San Diego, California.
