IBM with a homepage: reportez.com and with the address: 8000 Grainger Ct. Springfield,VA. 22153 with phone number:800-770-2974 is offering an opportunity in a volunteer panel to measure the USPS mail delivery services with a scanner.I wish to know if this is a real opportunity or if it is a scam.Thank you in advance.

Keep in mind, that West Corporation is classified as a telemarketing services type of business. The reportez.com website requires you to register with personal information. There is no privacy policy that I'm aware of on the website. Is your personal information and time worth, "As a token of our appreciation for the time you spend reporting your mail to us, we will send you gifts of stamps." as stated on their page: http://reportez.com/faq-prospect.php
