Is Legal Home Solutions a legitimate business?

I have been talking to a Brian C. from Legal Home Solutions in Jupiter, Fla. I am in need of a home modification. He says he can help. Is this company okay?
It sounds like they could really help. I called the office and a lady answered the phone. She said a Brain C. worked there. And went through the same points about why their company is so successful at what they do.
Can I believe them?
