Lately I’ve been trying to take better care of my mental health, but I’m not really ready to go to therapy yet. I saw people talking about Liven and saying it helps with self-reflection and daily habits. I even tried something similar before, but it felt too generic. So now I’m wondering — can apps like this actually replace therapy in some way, or are they just small tools to support you?
