I haven't worked with them but they do have a very good rating with the BBB with only four complaints.

I would just suggest with this or any other company, to be sure to read all the terms and conditions of the agreement to avoid any misunderstandings as business progresses.

I can say I have spoken with them and they have helped a good friend of mine and they seemed very professional to me ,and my recomendation is living in a nice community in Maryland with a 1 bed room apt. There are many factors that may reject a client such as work history ,criminal record,late rent payments,transient etc ,You can only blame that including ones credit history on the person which they may not be suitable ,like most companies they are out to make money for there services which many need and get.
