Most of their complaints are failing to fulfill orders in a timely manner or their products are not as advertised. The company has offered to resend orders or advises the consumer to go to a local smoke shop to check out their products in person. It seems they do uphold their no refunds policy from their website and offer this disclaimer at the bottom of their website "Our legal bud (sometimes called legal weed) products do not contain marijuana, nor are they offered as legal marijuana, marijuana alternatives, legal highs, herbal highs or presented or labeled as such".
