Is RCI Innovations a legitimate company? I suspect they are a spin off of Creative Vacations Solutions Inc.

RCI Innovations BBB report is average likely due to lack of information. You may want to contact the Florida BBB by clicking on the contact us in their BBB report for more details.
Creative Vacations Solutions, Inc BBB report has enough information to provide an F rating for their government action and unanswered complaints that allege deceptive business practices. However, I couldn't find any association between the two companies.
