I get what you mean. I had the same hesitation, so I looked up a Liven app review https://www.psychreg.org/liven-app-review-does-help-self-improvement-real-life/ , and it gave me a clearer idea. Personally, I like how it blends productivity reminders with mental wellness exercises, so it doesn’t feel one-dimensional. I’ve been using it for a couple of months, and while it took some time to adjust, it’s been surprisingly helpful in keeping me balanced through long workdays.
