I've been doing some deep dives into various outsourced bookkeeping services https://www.bobsbookkeepers.com/outsourced-bookkeeping Honestly, so far I really like what I see with these guys - especially the fact that they operate on a flat retainer, so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month. The reviews I've found online are also really positive, with people praising their communication. But before I lock into a contract and start migrating my software, I wanted to see if anyone in this community has firsthand experience working with them? Would love to know if their onboarding process is as smooth as they claim!
