Man I feel that. Most of them just throw the scenes at you with zero setup. I played through this one called Nursing Back to Pleasure and episode 4 finally lets the nurse angle breathe a bit before everything turns filthy. The hands-on “treatment” scenes get pretty detailed once the patient starts responding, lots of forced closeness and crossing lines. Writing’s uneven but the porn itself is longer and more focused than the usual quick-release stuff.

Slow tension usually works better for me than constant action. When the characters still act awkward or hesitant it makes the later scenes land harder somehow.
