MARK BAER RICHARD NEWMAN. BROOKS NEWMAN STONE COLLECTION AGENCY SCAM.

Did anybody here heard about a collection agency called Brooks Newman Stone? The owner is Richard Newman and Mark Baer ?
They will not call me back and I hope pretty soon the scams will stop,today there's a lot of inforcement against these kind of agencies.
They collect money from one of my jobs and kept it.Since november 2009.
They don't respond to any kind of contact. It sure looks like we've been scamed, but with help from the STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE they will stop.
