I’ve seen more and more companies getting compromised because employees reuse passwords or fall for phishing emails. That’s why we’re considering introducing multi-factor authentication for our Barracuda SSL VPN gateway. I just don’t want to make it too complicated for our remote users. Do you know a guide that covers how to implement this securely but with minimal disruption to workflow?

Yes, the Protectimus documentation explains that in detail — how to deploy 2FA while keeping user experience smooth. The guide, which you can find here barracuda mfa https://www.protectimus.com/guides/barracuda-ssl-vpn-2fa/ , outlines how to integrate RADIUS authentication and set up mobile or hardware tokens for time-based one-time passwords. It also clarifies how users log in — they first enter their password, then confirm with a short OTP code from their app or token, which keeps access both simple and secure.

That’s exactly the balance we’re trying to achieve — strong authentication that still feels intuitive. If it’s well explained in that guide, we can use it as a training reference for our staff. Thanks for the tip, I’ll check it out!
