Need Help Getting This Scam Taken Care Of - 1500 dollars in INVOICES

HOW can I get in touch with someone from this GARBAGE company? I have close to $1500 in invoices and 3 toners! I cannot believe this crap. All of the phone numbers under various other company names as well are not working, not answered, or disconnect as soon as you get someone on the phone.
How do I report this?
How do I get these invoices voided?
