Unfortunately the timeshare resorts have very strong legal contracts that prevent anyone from getting refunds. If you are truly dissatisfied with your timeshare then you can have a company take it off of your hands. Avoid the resale market though, timeshare resales are a very scary thing these days and you may as well take your money and set it on fire to save time and energy if you plan on going that route.
