We found this company to be a scam and unethical and dishonest company. The policy that they have written for their company is full of false statements such as: "credit card and paypal payments will not be accepted on orders $4000.00 and above" "credit cards are charged on the day of shipment" "after an order is placed, it takes 48 to 72 hours to process" "once an order is processed, we will send the buyer a confirmation by email with an order and tracking number". If you order something from them, under no circumstances will they cancel the order with out a substantial restocking fee-- it is very difficult to cancel an order and they lie about their company policy, some of which is listed above. GOOD LUCK on getting them to return your refund,if in fact they do cancel your order and remove substantial charges for the restocking fee! Also, have any of you had problems with counterfit watches that have arrived when you first bought them,damaged and broken watches that arrived when you first bought them from this company,and problems with repairing your watch and the fact that they do not honor their repair policies. MY QUESTION IS,HAVE YOU HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY?
