I paid your company On October 2009 to perform a loan modification, since then It's been a nightmare. Your customer service is so poor, your business is hard to locate, worst of all your firm do no return phone calls. I have left numerous voicemail in regards to my load and none a soul ever gets return.
No, April 30, 2010 and I have nothing. I received a letter from the bank regarding the house to be in Auction by May 10, 2010.
At this point, I do not care what happen to my house, I am so frustrated with your company, I NEED YOU TO REFUND MY PAYMENT OF $2000.00 AND I AM NOT INTERESTED ON FURTHER BUSINESS WITH YOUR FIRM.
As for my property, let me deal with that my own, since I paid you it felt like it was alone journey. I need to expedite the process for refund.
If you have the guts to call since I am requesting a refund (I'm sure you will call), my number is 408-540-7322 (Mitchell/Analiza Dasalla).
If decided not to take further action, my personal lawyer would willing to discuss some terms with your firm.

I suggest you also Search for any discussion topic or business name posted to the Community by using our Google Custom Search at the top of Ask the Community to see other questions and answers from consumer such as yourself regarding their practices.

Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
