Maybe you can still dispute the charge with your credit card company, assuming that's how you paid (has your payment been in the past 2 months?). If you signed up for some sort of "autofill" program (recurring monthly charges for future shipments), you should definitely write the card issuer to try to cancel future charges -but you may end up having to cancel the card itself. My guess is that getting a refund will be next to impossible.
They've racked up a lot of complaints in 16 months: http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Business-Report/Smoking-Everywhere-Inc-92011214

Thanks for the response Dianne. Unfortunately I paid on my debit card. I hope the bank will halt any future charges once I contact them. I saw their bad rating(F) with the BBB,of course after I had made my purchase. I wrote a complaint myself. I even told the company that I was going to contact the BBB if they charged me, but they didn't seem to care since they've never once responded back to me. From now on when I buy something online I will check with the BBB first. The manner that this company is doing business makes me sick. They know what they're doing, I wish something could be done about it, or that there was a way to stop others from being scammed.

Same thing happened to me. I was out $130. I contacted my lawyer, but it would only cost us more money to go after them. My lawyer did advise me to go through the Attorney General in FL (where they are based out of) and make complaints. The fraud hotline is 866.966.7226. If they get enough complaints they may be able to shut them down. Your bank or credit card company should be able to refund the money back to you through the dispute process. They are now operating under a new name. It's now called Smart Smoker USA. These are some crooked people.
I did get in touch with people at the company via email and they even said they would refund the money. Of course, it was always a big run around scam. If you want, we can flood them with tons on complaints. Here are 3 emails that you can use.

Hope this will help!

I entered a dispute on my CC about this bogus company [that keeps changing its name!] The bank credited me on 11/14/09. They contacted the company and put the charges BACK on my account! It seems my bank takes the word of a highly suspect scam company over the word of a customer of the bank and account holder for over 50 years!

I pretty much experienced the same thing. After receiving my product a full month after ordering it, I returned it a couple of days later, following their instructions.I was also billed 29.95 for the refills which I returned to sender. I recently received a letter from them indicating I can't get my money back from them because TransFirst Merchant Services had frozen their account. I called TMS & they said they have no affiliation w/smoke 51 or whatever they're calling themselves these days. Talk about a run around. I'm still working w/my CC company's fruad dept. Would love to be involved in a class action lawsuit against them.
