Sending USDT without holding gas tokens

I need to send USDT, but I don’t keep ETH, TRX or BNB in my wallet just to cover network fees. Is there a wallet that lets me make a transfer without buying a small amount of another coin first? I found the EMCD Coinhold Wallet page, but I’d like to understand which networks it supports for this https://coinhold.io/crypto-wallet/

The page says you can send USDT and other tokens on Ethereum, TRON and BNB Chain without holding ETH, TRX or BNB for gas. Check that the recipient address and network match before sending, since choosing the wrong network can cause problems with a transfer.
