What is the best business that can build a duplex or addition to an existing home, for rental income property, in Glendale, CA?
I need an honest, high-quality firm that understands the codes/laws of Glendale and can either build an addition or a complete duplex/triplex. Suggestions based on experience?

Thanks! I also did the "T-quote" and have gotten a response from the president of "Mega builders"; he sounds like a good place to start. I'm hoping to have some people out this Friday to take a look at the job...thanks for the tip.
