Who is the owner of this Ramada Inn my laptop and luggage was damage by an infestation of ants and the hotel general manager is refusing to compensate me for my damages.

Our records indicate that Ramada hotels are handled locally by the BBB's serving their area. Without knowing which location you are referring to, I would be unable to refer you to the proper BBB.
