has anyone done any business with US National Legal Solutions based out of Irvine, CA. supposidly can do loan modifications and use the O'Bama money to cut your interest rates in 1/2 and payments by $500? Please answer asap suppose to get phone call to see if we qualify. Thanks and have a blessed day!!!

You can click on "View BBB Report" above to read the experience of one complainant. It looks like the company is charging advance fees for loan mods, which is against the law in California and many other states. This earns them an "F" Rating with the BBB.
Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
