I can't speak for forums and other internet chatter, but the company has a B rating with us at the BBB and no unanswered or unresolved complaints. We dont' consider 17 complaints in 3 years to be excessive.

Here is my follow-up on We Love Macs. Overall, the experience was good. Ordering over the Internet was easy. The refurbished Mac I ordered arrived on time and in excellent condition. It was very well packed - double packed in fact. I had to return RAM that didn't work in the computer, but they sent me a replacement on receipt of the RAM they sent. (My cost for return). The RAM was also well packed and everything is now up and running and in perfect condition. Their shipping costs were high and I didn't pay close enough attention when ordering, so they were a surprise. Still, I feel as though I got a good deal on a solid and powerful machine that will last me about 5 to 8 years for an investment around $700. For Mac equipment you can't get anywhere else, I recommend them.
