Amily,
If you suspect advertising fraud or improper advertising online, you may also contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx I'm not to sure who much help they can provide if any, but it's worth a try.
Good Luck!

Amily,
You can file a complaint at their BBB report to try to resolve your dispute with them or post a review about your experience at their Trustlink report.

Thanks for replying. I did file one already. Just want to do something to stop them, at least have them modify their wed-site's description, make it simple clear and not deceptive. They are rude and very unprofessional in resolving complaint. They called you "stupid", "no common sense", "can't read"....Etc. They even post their review as a consumer to defense themselves. (The brick master guy is the customer service rep. who responded to my email) There are more complaints on ripoffreport.com . Hopefully their deceptive selling practices can be stopped some day.
