At first, I thought that gambling was just a way to have fun. But as soon as I began to delve deeper, I realized that there is a lot of psychology here. People often get involved because they want to be part of the company, and not because of the desire to win. We all love it when we are accepted, respected, and expected at meetings. We have a poker night at work every Friday. Even those who never played before don’t miss it now. Communication is the main thing, not bets. It really brings people together. The main thing is moderation and a healthy attitude.
