Who Else is thinking about going into the Class Action Lawsuit against IPayement?

IPayment is a company that processes credit card transactions for merchants. They are also known as IPayment, Inc, Merchant Services and a few other names.
I used their services for a few months. Three weeks after cancelling their service, they used my personal banking information to steal $350.00 out of my checking account. They said they will return it within 30 days. Hey, if they stole from me why should I trust them to give it back.
I have found stories of them doing similar things to other people as far back as 2004. Can you believe they are still getting away with this?
The following law practice is pursuing a class action lawsuit against IPaymnent. Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP One Nashville Place. www.lieffcabraser.com
I would be interested in hearing from others who are interested in the lawsuit or are just have a concern about doing business with IPayment.

I also ran into problems with this company in the past. I recommend EXSCreditCardProcessing who i found on this website. They were very trustworthy and also provided me with a Free Credit Card Terminal as well as a business cash advance loan to help me expand my restaurant. I left them a good review earlier this year. Their website is www.EXSCreditCardProcessing.com - Hope everything works out for you!
