Is there anyone who knows or heard of D and A Services? They claim to have a website but cannot find any information on them at all.
The Law office of Stephen L Burns has hired this company called the D and A Services who claims that they were brought in by Mr. Burns to take over some of the clients at the law firm. They all work in the same office and are using and transferring some of the employees from the law firm to this D and A Service who says they are not a part law firm. But yet you have the Brett Patton who is the General Manager of both the law firm and D and A services. When you get a chance to speak to some at the law office ( which takes weeks to get someone on the phone) their response is that D and A is in the office with us but you don't have to sign with them if you don't want to. By this time you are already in foreclosure and probably have a sale date on your property and the law office doesn't want to take responsibility for you losing your home. So now both sides are playing these games and always changing there story ( one person says this and another tells you something different) and if you sign a contract with D and A you have to pay more money to them also sign a termination agreement with the law firm and you do not get your money back from the law firm at the time of termination. Do you think this is just another way for Stephen L Burns to get more money from his clients to bay for the lawsuits against him or to have money when his bankruptcy go through?
