We went through the same thing every person here, on the BBB site, on Ripoff Report, etc. have went through. We ordered something we thought to be actual legos only to find out it was a manual. HOWEVER - we have most of you all topped. We noticed the error as soon as we got the confirmation e-mail. My mother emailed them back and informed them of the mistake. This email was sent on 12/4/2010 on 12/6/2010 Susan P, the world famous rudest customer service rep ever, replied back saying that the order could not be cancelled because it already been processed and shipped, but that if we wanted to pay for return shipping they would gladly refund our money. My mom was pissed, but she accepted the situation for what it was. When the 12.00 instruction manual arrived the pick ticket was printed on 12/8/2010 - two days after my mother was told it had already been processed and shipped. We found out very quickly that Susan P does not like it when you call a spade a spade. When my mom got frustrated with Susan's inability to carry out the role of a customer service rep she got me involved, as the item was a gift for one of my kids and I am in customer service. I was outraged at the level of disrespect and outlandish claims made by this obviously mentally unstable woman. She accused me of playing an autism card because I mentioned the gift was for my autistic son. She also went on to call me a racist pig - when I never knew her race. I have never seen Susan P nor spoken with her on the phone. I don't know about you all but I have never met someone that can deduce another's ethnicity through a computer. After getting nothing but the run around with these people we sought online justice. I began a very widespread grassroots effort across Facebook, Linedin, MySpace, Twitter, and the National Autism Foundation about the business practices of the BrickTrainShop.com - a friend of a friend on facebook did some digging to find out the location of their "warehouse" and "offices" which are nothing more than a garage of a run down home in a bad part of California city. We pushed the issue further and reported them to the BBB and filed a formal complaint with the California State Attorney's office and the California division of business law. The BrickTrainShop.com responded to the BBB's inquiry by saying that I had made "violent and threatening remarks and they ceased communication with me" which was another blatant lie. I will continue to let everyone I can know not to be fooled by these scumbags. Any of them.

We are in business because we have processed over 12,000 transactions without incident. We have less than a 1/2 of a percent complaint rate, all by customers who failed to read what they were purchasing or by their own admission allowed a child to make a purchase. You information regarding our property is false which is not surprising coming from yourself. I have read your foul emails and I am surprised they allow a racist pig to work let alone manage any department of an auto dealership especially in a black neighborhood. If your clients new how you felt about black people and the comments you make they would fire you.

No, you are sadly SADLY mistaken and have now crossed a line. There was never anything racist in my emails - which are available for public viewing on the BBB website and my own facebook page. I have nothing to hide. YOU are the one who became using offensive tones when I contacted you. I believe you even went so far as to say "you're only being like this because I'm black!" and I asked you (and you failed to ever answer the question I might add) how I would have any idea what color your skin is. You are a complete and utter moron. Your company is nothing but a farce. The information posted about your location is based on the address listed ON YOUR OWN WEB SITE AND YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE!! If its false then you are the one in FURTHER violation of the law by using an different address for your business than the actual business location itself. I've never made any comments about black people and have several black friends and family members. It just goes to show you that when someone stands up for themselves or others against such an unreputable company such as yourselves, all you can do is try and flip the script and make it about something else. I have one of the highest CSI ratings in the entire south east region for my manufacturer. You speak of things you know NOTHING about. This doesn't surprise me based on your unethical and extremely unprofessional responses to each and every attempt to communicate with you. You are, by your post here and replies to my emails, nothing more than a pathological liar. Hopefully buyers will research you before making a purchase. If they do, I guarantee you they won't do business with you. That is...unless they WANT to pay $12.00 for instruction manuals. The fact of the matter still remains that every review of your company on line is a negative one. You will probably stay in business because people are gullible and you continue to rip them off and rake in the cash hand over fist. You just won't be doing it with anyone I know or have the ability to reach out to. And trust me, my ability to reach out is much more far reaching than yours. And more honest.

You are a pathological liar. I NEVER said that word and never would. You have some audacity to make outlandish claims that you cannot corroborate. I'm one of those extremely anal retentive persons that saves EVERY e-mail both sent and received and I can 110% guarantee you and anyone reading this that that word was NEVER in ANYTHING I said to you and never would have been. You are a disgusting excuse for a human being and I pray for those who are bamboozled by you; which appears to be a great number of people. I am hoping someone from TrustLink will see your idiotic unfounded and untruthful comments and take action because you need to be stopped.
