I’m curious about the bigger picture: do you think VoIP will eventually replace traditional landline systems completely? More and more companies seem to be switching, but some still hang onto old setups. Is this just fear of change, or do traditional systems still have certain advantages that VoIP can’t match? I’d like to hear honest takes on whether we’re looking at a complete transition in the near future.

From what I’ve seen, VoIP is already taking over. The flexibility, cost savings, and ability to integrate with modern tools make it a clear choice for most businesses. The only exception is areas with poor or unreliable internet access. That’s the one real limitation. If you want to see why companies are moving so quickly, I suggest looking at https://voipcallcenter.org/ where they outline the shift from landlines to VoIP.

I agree with this. In fact, some telecom providers are phasing out analog services altogether, so sticking with landlines might not even be an option in a few years. For businesses that want to future-proof their communications, moving to VoIP sooner rather than later makes sense. The trend is clear: VoIP isn’t just an alternative anymore — it’s becoming the standard.
