Everyone develops their own habits when working online, and mine mostly involve keeping things simple and avoiding unnecessary complications, which is why I eventually started using proxy store com https://proxystores.com/en/ during my regular computer sessions. It didn't change the way I approached my work, but it fit naturally into the workflow I already had. Most of my attention still goes toward the tasks themselves instead of the software I'm using.
