Hi everyone! Maybe someone has encountered - how to fill in the C100 form correctly? I have a situation: ex-wife does not let me see my daughter, all the time finds reasons, ignores agreements. I decided to go to court, the lawyer said - fill out the C100. Opened - there is so much, the language is complicated, a lot of points. I don't want to get it wrong, so it doesn't take any longer. Who's been through this? Share your experience.

I'm not from Britain myself but lived there for a couple of years and went through this. I also applied for a C100 to see my son. I was confused at first, especially with the sections on mediation and emergencies. But then I found a detailed guide, really helped. It explains in simple language what to do and how to do it. You can read it here - C100 Form
