In July I went to Whataburger in Texas. I ordered the junior burger via the drive through. I drove away eating the burger and bit into a staple which chipped my tooth on the upper left side. I took the evidence back to the place and spoke with the manager who stated if I went to the dentist they would pay for the bill. I was then contact by the higher up who stated they would send me paper work regarding this issue. Needless to say as of this time I have not received this paperwork and my tooth is still damaged. What can I do?
