I bought a new LEXUS IS 350 ON 08/18/2008. I took the car back the very next day after 30 miles for a loud knocking noise that did not appear to be normal engine noise. It will be almost two years and I have reports of four visits that were documented and three that were not documented. My car has been at the Dealership since 6/08/2010 and they are claiming that after two updates, it is now normal engine noise, however they can change the fuel injector as a temporary relief. Corporate headquarters seem to be stonewalling me for the past 2 months. Can anyone provide guidance on how to proceed?

Hi Jennifer,

The BBB offers a Lemon Law arbitration program. If your vehicle meets the criteria, you may be eligible for the program. The law differs based on where you live, but you can visit the Autoline website here: http://www.bbb.org/us/auto-line-lemon-law/

Good luck!
