Based on the complaints received by the BBB and TrustLink Reviews, you may have a bit of a hard time. You should check the paperwork that came with the product to see about their return policy and then call them on it. If they are unwilling to work with you, you might try filing a complaint with the BBB - they have responded to many of the complaint and surprisingly most were resolved.
