I was not able to locate a BBB report but found the name of the service is Mr.Tracker from their website and when I Googled "Mr.Tracker", several links came up implying a scam or they were not able to login after paying.
I would urge caution in doing business with this company before paying them any monies.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM! Any positive feedback about their products have been added to any forum by themselves using different profiles! (If you think about it it's not exactly hard to do!) You will NOT get a product that works, you will NOT get a reply to any emails you send them. You WILL lose your money! They are registered in Africa (Took some searching but I found them!) If you send an email you will get an automated reply saying that they are 'Busy' but will respond in 3-4 days. You are given a 'Ticket number' so that it appears professional. Your 'Ticket Number' is the same as everyone else's! No matter how many people email or how many times you email the number is always the same! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I have logged a full report with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I am expecting a 'User' to comment on this about how 'Wonderful the product is, and that they have had no problems at all!' I wonder who that user will REALLY be! I am quite happy for anyone to contact me for further info or if they wish to see the automated emails.

Hi guys ,
I’ve purchased on my blackberry and iphone .I have got both completely running. My iphone is jailbroken allowing me to obtain tracker free from Cydia via Installous.
The apps allows me to track any number by sms i hardly use it but when required can be very handy and accurate. In regards to a scam if it was not allowed the site would have been shut down long time ago.

If it really works , then trace my number +61420603768 and give me the location . I know where I am right now , Cmon , i want to purchase Mr Tracker it if not a scam then track me down. Im awaiting your response?
Im doing my own invetigating on the product.. Simple yet so powerfull answer my question to prove to me that is not a scam. LOCATE MY NUMBER It WORKS WORLD WIDE thats what the WEBSITE SAYS.

Since the internet is global, there is no single agency that governs the actions of these site. Therefore, the fact that a site is up and running is not a indication that it is reputable company.
Although you may have had a positive experience with your services, it is apparent Mr.Tracker has some disgruntled customers by reading "Russ's" entry above.
