I love my CarMD. I just bought it and it has already paid for itself. IMHO the best part of it is the website. It looked up my problem online and told me exactly what I should expect to pay to get my EGR valve fixed. It was really close to what I was charged.

I'm really happy with my CarMD, I often have to take of car repairs on my own because my husband travels a lot for business. For one instance, I took my car in first and got quoted for a repair that was going to cost me around $1,000. I found CarMD, plugged it in to my car and computer and got my report. The REAL issue of my only would cost me around 100 dollars, instead of the Whoopin $1000. I really love my CarMD! So far it has done everything its promised!

I've had my CarMD for a while and it's saved me and my husband quite a bit of money, particularly since neither of us knows much about cars. Recently, I ran a CarMD report and found out about a safety recall on my SUV that I didn't know about. Turns out there was a fire hazard with my windshield wipers. Not only did it turn out to be something the dealership fixed for free, but they paid me $100 for my time. I would never have known about the issue without CarMD.

The company has been in business since 2006. They have an A- Rating with the BBB which is a good rating. There's been 3 complaints in the last three years. The complaints were for either billing or shipping issues and all were resolved. The company does not have any reviews on their TrustLink page, perhaps you can be the first to write one!
