A Carnegie couple tells Channel 4 Action News that they were browsing penny auction site SaveBig.com and lost $99.

SaveBig.com has an F Rating with the BBB, and a quickly growing list of unanswered complaints - many with similar allegations to those in the video. You can navigate to the company's BBB Report and TrustLink review page at the links above.
Unless you have $99 to throw at an non-performing and non-responsive website, then you'd be best advised to steer clear of these guys.
