Divine Vacations Inc. Timeshare resales

I was just contacted by "Ken Whitehead" of Divine Vacations Inc., who offered to sell my property for me with no up-front fees. The way he described it, they will attempt to sell my property and only when they get a qualified buyer $5k deposit and approved credit on the balance, would they contact me and ask me to pay for the closing fees, which I would be re-imbursed for once the sale of the property closes. Has anyone else dealt with DVI? and are they legitimate?
