File a small claims actio against them.

They should be in jail!!! They have stolen $100,000's of dollars from homeowners!!!!

Your story is heartbreaking and I really feel for you. File a complaint with the BBB and consider a small claims action. Also, file a complaint with your state's Attorney General.

Go to the website of the Superior Court for the county where the business is located. They have forms you can complete online then print out and take to the office of the court clerk. Again, this would be the court that serves the area where the business is located. The clerk will do all the paperwork and you can have the company served by certified mail (the clerk will do this too).

Your job will be to show up in court for the hearing, which will be about a month (?) from the date that you file. It will literally take about five minutes for the judge to hear the case. You'll present first because you have the burden of proof. The business will give their side, and the judge will make the decision. If you lose, that's the end of the line. If you win, the business can appeal which will mean another trial before a Superior Court judge.

Once you get a judgment, if the business doesn't pay, you'll have to locate assets you can levy upon. These would be bank accounts or other property that's not exempt. This monkey will be entirely on your back--the court won't do this for you.

Did you get your money back I heard tha Brian Suder is in jail. go to WWW.OCSD.ORG.
and type info:SUDER , BRIAN R 12-17-1975 case# 2556181 and it shows he is In Custody. We don't know how to file for a small claim. Do you.
