How to Deal with Business that was trusted with checking acct info and took unauthorized money?

What Would You Do if in This Situation? I used a company, IPayment to process credit cards from customers. I closed the account last month. A few days ago, some of my online bills did not get from my checking account. I found that IPayment had taken $350.00 out of my checking account without me knowing about it. They noted it was a cancellation fee. Our contract clearly stated NO Cancellation fees. When I contacted them, they said they would put my money back within 30 days.
IPayment used my checking account information to remove $350.00 from my checking account well after I business with each other was completed. Scheduled payments to creditors have bounced because of what they did. They caused me a big mess and said they would give me my money back within 30 days. This seems criminal to me. The bank will not do anything since the Merchant has said they will return thew money. Any suggestions.
I would advise people to stay away from IPayment. Apparently, they have a long record of stealing money from people.

I got a business cash advance loan through EXS Credit Card Processing who i left a good review on earlier this year on this site. They set me up with a free credit card terminal (upgrade from my old one) and got me a cash advance to help my restaurant expand. Their website is www.EXSCreditCardProcessing.com - Good luck!
