I got ripped off March 5, 2010 when I ordered a set of tweeters from this 'company', but I'm just now realizing that I was ripped off. Wish I had seen these reviews and the BBB review (when I searched BBBonline.org I didn't see any hits for this 'company' so I thought were probably ok -- probably because I entered my zip code, not dealercostcaraudio's zipcode). Boy, was I wrong! I guess I'm just out my $139.00. But I'll be submitting complaints whereever I can, as suggested by Jon above.
On dealercostcaraudio.com's website the address they list -- 3337 S. Bristol Street Suite 211, Santa Ana, CA 92704 -- is just a FedEx/UPS location that has post office boxes.

This scam is run by Goldstar audio at 16500 Aston #b, Irvine, CA 92606. The owner/boss is a chap called Ravi. His right-hand man max writes positive reviews daily as part of his job(those are the only positive reviews). Go to Ravi to get your money back.
