You're getting called about by name because it is very rare we encounter unhappy customers. We have a near spotless records and a great rating on the BBB because of our quality service. Ever so often we encounter a douchebag, like yourself, that shoots themselves in the foot with a careless mistake, and then wants someone else to blame. You don't seem to understand that the government's response to your request is completely irrelevant to the service we provide as outlined in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer. We are filing service, not a charity or non-profit document submission service. Given you provide accurate information, your filing will have a positive outcome. You are solely responsible for the information submitted. We charge a flat fee for any document submission made on behalf of a customer to a government agency. If it is rejected, we are gracious enough to allow you to correct your error and resubmit one time on your behalf for free. This is only out of compassionate consideration on our behalf. Filing legal documents is the business we are in and this is the service we provided you. Next, the BBB is a service we hire and pay to give our customers a place to leave feedback, as many do. A record of every complaint and how it was handled is clearly listed on our BBB site because we pay them to put it there by choice.
