There's not much to be found online about the company. I would recommend doing more research before proceeding being that they are located outside of the US and requesting an upfront fee. Maybe contact the department of real estate.

Timeshare fraud has been around since the timeshare idea was created, but they increase during poor economy. When times are difficult, timeshare owners are stuck with properties they can´t travel to or even afford.
