I need to hire an Attorney for my unemployment benefits and am in contact with AUCC,Inc.,(Spencer Cohn)who is 70pct hopeful to win the case and wants his fees paid in advance of appeal made on my behalf. I like to hear your comment as to hiring this company and if so, how & when to make payment? Awaitng your reply by return. Thanks, Nazrul

Nazrul, does it sound normal to pay all the fees in advance for something like this? I think you should do some more checking and at a minimum please read through this thread:
