Mari, I have just lodged the complaint as where and how you told me to. I really hope I get a reply from them soon and that my Facebook account will be reinstated as soon as possible. Do you want me to attach the complaint here? If you want to view it? Anyways, Thank You so much for ur assistance. Really appreciate it.

No, that won't be necessary, the BBB who handles that file will be the office to contact you about your complaint not Trustlink.
